Mary H. Studlick, PE joined SWE in 1977. She has a BS in Civil Engineering and a MS in Petroleum Engineering. Mary currently works for ExxonMobil Development Company as the Global Drilling Environmental and Regulatory Compliance Manager. Her other experience during her 29 years at ExxonMobil includes Global Assessment Manager for SHE Management Systems and Regulatory Compliance for ExxonMobil Refining, Lubes, Fuels Marketing and Chemicals, environmental engineer for Upstream and at Baytown Refinery, Internal Auditor, Reservoir Engineer, Recruiting Coordinator and Offshore Drilling Engineer.

Mary is a life member of SWE with extensive involvement from student section president in 1981 to local, regional and national offices, including Region C Director in FY90. She received numerous local service awardsand national Distinguished New Engineer in 1985. She developed and implemented the award-winning “Day in the Life of an Engineer Program” for high school girls.She is currently a SWE-HA BOT member and a member of the Society of Professional Engineers (SPE). Mary was a Girl Scout Troop Leader, an ExxonMobil Science Ambassador and is involved in her local church.
