Carole Engelder presents Wind Resource:Jobs to Capture the Energy

Synopsis:

The wind power industry offers a wide variety of technical and engineering jobs and careers: from site assessment, wind-flow modeling, soil, civil and electrical engineering design, construction management, high voltage equipment maintenance, and systems engineering. This talk will step you through the development, EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) and O&M (operations and maintenance) of a wind farm and the multitude and diversity of talents required by a successful Owner/Operator.

One (1) Continuing Education Unit (CEU) / Professional Development Hour (PDH) will be offered for professional engineers and project management professionals on February 16, 2012.
